problems. how do you deal with your problems?
i know how i deal with mine. first thing i do is eat chocolates. they just seem to make the stress go away. if that doesn't work, i turn off the lights and go to sleep. sometimes, when its a really big problem i cry myself to sleep. but yes, and when i wake up the problem doesn't seem too big anymore. when a problem gets too overwhelming, i talk to someone i trust. just to lighten the burden in my mind and heart, and to find out whether it really is a problem or just me making a mountain out of a molehill. then i fix it. if i can't, then i forget about it. of course i don't always follow that order. sometimes i skip certain steps. but that's basically how it goes.
so how do you deal with yours?
do you write how you feel in a diary or a blog? do you try new things - good or bad? do you run for miles and get lost? do you lock yourself in your room and avoid any human contact? do you talk to family and friends to get emotional and physical support?
does it matter how you deal with them? or is what matters is that you dealt with them?
Inside you feel so tired,
Your minds move too fast.
Until you're knocked back on the ground,
Feelings that will linger around.
Summer here and the sun will find you,
Falling out with the world around you.
But you need not run away,
Cause everything's bound to change.

Hello Dirah,
I came across your blog by accident as it often happens because I flutter from blog to blog and I look around and don't normally stay. Most of the time I don't say anything, I am just curious to read what other people say.
But here I thought I'd say something because I notice you are from New South Wales, and Whynot, the owner of the blog I attend all the time is also from there. I don't have a blog of my own, I'm much too lazy to do this, LOL, and also I like PP (Whynot's blog) because there are conversations and fun and politics going on all the time, and with many people from all over the world.
You seem very sad and lonely, and maybe you should talk to Whynot, you might have things to share with him. There is a also another Australian regular there on PP. There are lots of Americans, some Canadians, some from Russia, China, Bulgaria, France, Monaco, and I can't remember what other places.
It's a mixture of serious topics, politics and news, but most of the time it's big laughter and joking.
Greetings from Paris,
Valérie
